If for some reason an item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange it for you. Item must be unused. We will repair or exchange any piece due to manufacturing defects and not to problems caused by wear and tear. All claims must be made within 14 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by copy of original reciept. Any defects would be noticeable by this time. Custom items are non-returnable.
